I’m Stephanie Al-Naber, an accomplished Jordanian football player. This month, I’m proud to be a Dream Ambassador for Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans new campaign, “A Dream to Support”, to help make Lama’s dream come true!
Lama is a student supported by Al-Aman Fund, majoring in Business Administration. She has a dream that’s very close to my heart as it mirrors the dream I pursued and achieved as a football player.
Together, we’ll help Lama develop her football skills through events and training sessions, while also supporting her in continuing her university education next year. Join us in making Lama’s dream a reality by contributing to fund her education and empower her to achieve her goals!

Inspired by its meaning in Arabic: “Security”, “Al-Aman” was initiated by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah in 2003 and was formally established as a non-profit charitable organization in 2006. Since its inception, Al Aman Fund came to help older orphans who have aged out of orphan care pursue full time higher education. Al Aman Fund supports them financially, educationally and emotionally through a variety of programs. As a result, orphaned youth can better integrate into society, and become self-reliant and productive members of their communities.
While orphan children are cared for through government-funded orphanages, these services end when they turn 18—leaving them on their own during the difficult transition to higher education and employment. Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah firmly believes that we have a social obligation to care for and empower Jordan’s vulnerable citizens. As the only organization working to help orphans in Jordan with life after school, Al Aman Fund bridges a gap in support of some of Jordan’s most vulnerable youth, giving them hope and the means to lead independent, successful lives.
Throughout our journey of support, we seek committed partners, both individuals and corporations, who can act as a supportive family for our orphaned youth. Their contributions cover educational fees and living expenses, offer valuable training opportunities, and pave the way for meaningful employment, allowing young orphans to confidently embark on their life journeys.
Al Aman Fund, supervised by a distinguished Board of Trustees and respected Board of Directors, along with a dedicated General Manager, ensures that all donations are received and allocated according to our solid guidelines of safety. Moreover, our operations are audited by both internal and external regulatory bodies, guaranteeing the sustainability of our strategic plans to support orphaned students.
Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, our strategic objectives include expanding our capacity to reach more orphaned youth seeking educational opportunities and forging cross-sector partnerships. As part of our mission, we are proud to be committed to gender equality; 66% of our beneficiaries are female.
Al Aman Fund is overseen by a distinguished Board of Trustees and a Board of Directors, both composed of prominent leaders from the Jordanian community. The Board of Trustees is chaired by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah. The Board is tasked with setting Al Aman Fund’s overall policies and strategies, establishing rules for managing Al Aman Fund’s assets, supervising its activities, and defining the responsibilities of the Board of Directors.
Additionally, Al-Aman Fund has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification, reflecting its dedication to excellence in quality management and continuous improvement of its administrative processes. This certification was granted after a comprehensive audit, documentation review, and verification process confirmed Al Aman Fund’s adherence to international quality management standards.
It is worth mentioning that Al Aman Fund also partners with two of the world’s leading professional services firms specializing in administrative and financial auditing, for their internal and external yearly audits.
